This is a training program for you who hate training. Because it can really be shit job to get started. Often you take in too hard, too fast and quit before you even start.
Friskis wants to help anyone who wants to train to really get started. Therefore, our training developers produced training to help you over the threshold. To be able to give training an honest chance.
It works like this. For most people, it takes about 6 hours for the body and brain to get used to exercise. Therefore, a mental coach and three personal trainers converted these hours into 12 varying workouts. Each workout is about 30 minutes and you train wherever you want. Our hope is that you hate training a little less when you are done.
