Introduction of the author

Praise goes to Allah, we rent him, ask him for forgiveness, and seek refuge with him against the evils of our souls, and against our bad deeds. Whoever Allah guides, then there is nobody who can mislead him, and whoever he goes, there is then no one to guide him

I try that there is nothing that deserves to be loved outside of Allah, alone and without associate, and I attest that Muhammad is his servant and his messenger. Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala) sent him with the guided and the religion of truth. He transmitted the message, honored his commitments, was loyal to the community and fought for Allah as it should be. He thus left his community on clear and clear evidence, his night being like his day. No one is dismissed except the one who is doomed to perish.

Then he succeeded him the well-guided caliphs of his community, the religious guides who took the right path, those who followed the path of the Messenger of Allah (Alayhi Salatou wa Salam) in belief, worship, behavior, transactions, preaching to Allah (Azza wa jal) and the fight in his path. This is how Allah, through them, showed the way and illuminated what was obscure.

We find at their head Abû Bakr the truthful (Radhi Allahu 'Anh) then Cumar, the one who contrasts between the true and the false (radi Allahu' Anh), then Cuthmân, the one who received two lights (radhi allahu 'anh), then calî ibn abît tâlib (radi allahu' anh) to whom the prophet (alayhi salatou wa salatou) When he sent him to Khaybar: "Get slowly to meet them, until you arrive on their land, then call them to Islam and inform them of the duties they have towards Allah [in this religion]. Because by Allah, may Allah guide by your cause a single man is much better for you than having red camels ”.

My very dear brothers, nobody is aware of what Allah has filled this Islamic community in this country and in others, by this blessed momentum and this awakening full of vitality that we see in young people of Islam if we consider the course towards which they oriented themselves. And this healthy orientation is that which aims to reach Islamic legislation through the book of Allah and the Sunnah of his Messenger (Alayhi Salatou wa Salam).

Also, there is no doubt that this awakening and this dynamism - like all the other awakenings and dynamic movements which are good and blessed - will see enemies stand in front of them. Indeed, as soon as the light of truth becomes ardent, the fire of the false is attributing. However, "they want to extinguish from their mouths the light of Allah, while Allah will complement his light despite the aversion of the disbelievers".

In addition, the Islamic awakening which we make the observation in our young men and women - and that Allah is rented of it - is not limited exclusively to our country, but is also found in all Islamic countries. Also, it needs a certain number of elements which will make a profitable and constructive movement by the permission of Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala).

In what follows, I will clarify - by asking for the help of Allah - these elements and these rules to allow this renewal to be a success and to be beneficial and constructive by the permission of Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala). And I ask Allah (Subhanhu wa ta'ala) that he puts the light there and that he makes an argument in favor of his author, his reader and all the Muslims [the day of the judgment].
